This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and supporting customers in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer queries and resolve faults over the phone and via email
Process orders and update customer records accurately
Follow up with suppliers and partners to ensure timely resolutions
Investigate faults and escalate complex issues to second-line support or suppliers
Maintain and update information in our CRM system -- and suggest improvements
Provide excellent service and help customers have a great experience with our company
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Confident using computers, databases, and CRM systems
A basic understanding of networking is helpful but not essential
A positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
