Overview
Endeavour Recruitment and our client in the housing sector are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive several high-priority projects operating under strict regulatory deadlines. The role focuses on delivering key initiatives linked to government requirements on damp and mould management, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
The successful candidate will be an experienced delivery professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple technical and business teams. They must be technically fluent, able to understand the client's technology stack and discuss complex systems confidently, without being hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage project delivery to meet non-negotiable deadlines tied to new regulatory requirements.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), capture business feedback, and manage release processes.
Ensure clear and consistent communication across internal teams, external suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
Maintain strong project governance and testing strategies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Facilitate collaboration between business, technical, and third-party delivery teams.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Project Lead in complex, multi-team environments.
Strong understanding of technical systems and architecture, including:
Microsoft Dynamics
Azure
APIs and system integrations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing and coordinating diverse groups under tight deadlines.
Experience managing testing, release planning, and cross-team delivery in enterprise-scale programmes.
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with regulatory oversight.
Desirable Experience
Background in the housing, repairs, or complaints management sector.
Familiarity with damp and mould regulatory processes or related compliance frameworks.
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Working Pattern
Hybrid role: typically on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional presence as required for major milestones or delivery events.
