Role Purpose





We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join our delivery operations team, responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable development plans across our mobile telematics platform. This role requires strong technical understanding combined with excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate delivery across multiple development teams serving the insurance telematics industry.

Key Responsibilities




Requirements & Quality Management




Analyze and validate technical requirements from client onboarding and change requests Review requirements against quality standards to ensure deliverable outcomes Provide feedback to stakeholders on requirement feasibility and completeness

Technical Translation & Planning




Transform business requirements into user stories, technical tasks, and comprehensive test strategies Create detailed implementation plans for development and QA teams Establish realistic delivery timelines and proactively manage milestone achievement

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination




Maintain clear, regular communication with internal and external stakeholders Provide structured progress reports and escalate delivery risks appropriately Coordinate customer testing phases and manage feedback collection processes

Multi-Team Delivery Management




Orchestrate delivery activities across SDK, Mobile, Configuration, and Infrastructure teams Manage cross-functional dependencies and integration points Oversee defect resolution workflows and ensure quality delivery outcomes Provide technical support to business areas throughout the delivery lifecycle



Essential Skills & Experience




Technical Skills




Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes Experience with technical requirements analysis and documentation Proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and workflow management Knowledge of mobile application development concepts (iOS/Android) Experience with test plan creation, defect management, and quality assurance processes

Project Management & Coordination




Proven experience in project planning, timeline estimation, and resource allocation Strong multi-team coordination and dependency management capabilities Risk identification, mitigation strategies, and change management experience Track record of successful delivery across complex technical environments

Communication & Leadership




Excellent technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder consultation Strong facilitation, workshop, and requirements gathering experience Conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities with proven results

Industry & Domain Knowledge




Understanding of mobile telematics and insurance industry applications preferred Experience with trip capture technology, driving behavior analysis, or risk assessment advantageous Knowledge of multi-channel communication systems (email, SMS, mobile apps) beneficial

Preferred Qualifications




3+ years experience in technical delivery management or similar role Experience in insurance, telematics, or mobile technology sectors Previous experience with customer-facing technical implementations
