We are seeking a

Technical Delivery Manager

to oversee the delivery of technology initiatives using a combination of

Agile/Scrum practices and project management principles

. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our customers business objectives. This role requires strong organisational skills, technical awareness, and the ability to balance Agile delivery with structured project management. You will work directly with one of our customers.

Key Responsibilities



Support the end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning through execution. Act as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices. Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the product backlog. Build and maintain delivery roadmaps, timelines, and project plans. Track progress with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown) and traditional project metrics (milestones, risks, dependencies). Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed. Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure delivered solutions meet technical, quality, and compliance standards. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.


Qualifications

Required



3-6 years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or Scrum Master roles. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and project management methodologies. Practical experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence Solid technical understanding (software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, or system integration). Excellent organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred



Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Experience delivering in both Agile and hybrid project environments.

Key Competencies



Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to balance Agile flexibility with structured project controls. Problem-solving and risk management mindset.
