This role involves coordinating large-scale technology change processes, ensuring robust governance, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders. You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables, while maintaining high standards of risk oversight and compliance.
To be successful as a Technical Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
Extensive experience in interpreting business requirements and creating technical user stories and process maps.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills, with a forward-thinking mindset and sense of accountability.
Experience in overseeing technology change governance: release governance, RAIDs, financial, status reporting.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Demonstrated ability in sound judgment and problem-solving, especially in high-pressure scenarios.
In-depth knowledge of the banking domain with a solid understanding of underpinning technical applications and system integrations.
Previous experience in Agile ways of working with cross-functional teams including technology, business and third-party vendors.
