About the Role

We are recruiting a Technical Design Lead to take ownership of the technical design process. You

will ensure that every project has accurate, coordinated, and buildable technical documentation.

Supported by the design and operations teams, you will be free to focus on detail and precision. For

the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to progress into Head of Technical as the company

continues its growth plan.

Responsibilities

Produce and oversee complete technical drawing packs (first fix room construction, joinery,
lighting, M&E;, finishes).

Prepare DXF/CNC files and cutting lists for manufacture. Maintain version control and drawing registers. Coordinate with the design team on project handover, ensuring finishes schedules and
responsibility matrices are included.

Liaise with specialist subcontractors to provide accurate fabrication details. Safeguard quality, buildability, and project profitability.

Skills & Experience

Technical background in interiors, joinery, or architectural detailing. CAD proficiency (AutoCAD or equivalent). Understanding of manufacturing processes and CNC preparation.o Ability to produce clear, coordinated drawing packs. Detail-focused, methodical, and organised.

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
