We're an ecommerce agency made up of expert strategists, designers and developers. Over the past ten years, we've supported the ecommerce efforts of clients including Heineken, Boots, Leicester City Football Club and Novuna Finance.

Now we're looking for a Project Manager to help us maintain, optimise and grow our impeccable client satisfaction and retention.

About the role

The Project Manager role will involve managing multiple disciplines from Technical, Test, UX and Creative. You will be working as part of a project team and will have the opportunity to shape processes and the future of projects and client collaboration. Above all, you'll learn from us and we'll learn from you. Together, we'll turn our well-respected agency into a world-renowned one. This is likely to include tasks like:

Maintaining an absolutely impeccable standard of client service and communication Working Agile with the design and development teams Maintaining visibility of project status across multiple clients Time tracking and reporting on velocity Scheduling and Resource Planning Coordinating support tasks across a range of clients Support system management Testing and quality assurance
You should be able to travel to our Leith or Hamilton offices when required, but we are happy to discuss remote and flexible working.

Desirable skills

Experience of working with the Magento Framework Experience of working on large enterprise level projects

About you

You'll have loads of initiative, a strong work ethic and be ready to own our marketing activity with direct support from our head of strategy, chief technical officer, digital content strategist and other members of our team.

You'll also have most, or all, of the following:

2 years minimum agency experience 3 years of Project Management experience Experience of delivering e-commerce development projects Ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations Excellent organisational, communication and writing skills Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage technical/creative and remote teams Adaptive can do attitude, as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies A love of learning and desire to develop
