As Technical Director, youll play a central role in driving business success by:
- Building and strengthening client relationships through tailored, value-driven engineering solutions.
- Providing hands-on technical leadership across civil, structural, and geo-environmental engineering projects.
- Taking full project ownership xe2x80x94 from client brief through to delivery xe2x80x94 while mentoring your team and shaping future talent.
- Working closely with the Office Partner to lead operations, grow the client base, and drive profitability.
