Technical Field Sales Manager - Renewable Energy
Location: South East England (Field-based, 1 day per week in Watford office)
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + 50k-60k OTE + Car/Allowance + Fuel Card

We are a fast-growing renewable energy business, recently awarded Best Place to Work 2025, installing over 170 products every month in partnership with major energy providers. Our mission is simple: make homes greener, smarter, and cheaper to run.

We're now looking for a Technical Field Sales Manager to join our expanding Air Source Heat Pump division and play a key role in shaping the future of domestic heating across the South East.

The Role:

Work inbound leads via partnerships, website, and utilities, while generating new business through events and outreach. Engage homeowners in consultative sales discussions, carrying out property visits and heat loss surveys. Design and prepare tailored renewable energy proposals, including heat pumps, insulation, and solar PV. Convert proposals into confirmed installations while managing your pipeline effectively.

About You:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the heating/plumbing industry (sales, installation, design, or service). Strong knowledge of air source heat pumps and renewable energy solutions. Excellent consultative sales and customer engagement skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East Advantageous: Domestic Energy Assessor qualification or knowledge of building fabric/energy efficiency.
