SWIP Limited is an established company that specialises in innovative insulations systems based in Birmingham. We are mainly involved in the Government Funded Schemes that involve measures such as Solid Wall/ Under Floor and Roof Insulation.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a technical advisor for our technical team. The job is to provide ongoing technical support to both internal and external customers within the field of all SWIP Ltd products. The Technical Advisor will assist customers by providing technical knowledge of our broad range of products over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities

? To provide technical advice to our customers both internal & external, with regards to all SWIP Ltd Products such as IWI products.

? To provide detailed specification and details to customer time frame and needs.

? To develop customer relationships.

? To consistently answer all technical enquiries based on information available.

? To promote all SWIP Ltd systems and values.

? To manage all risk in relation to delivery of information to customers.

? To give professional judgement on all aspects of the range of SWIP Ltd.

? Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on technical development activities, achievements, and challenges.

? Any other duties as directed by the senior management.

Educational qualifications

? Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

? Have good communication skills and be numerate.

? Be a good team player.

? Be able to work on your own initiative and have good organisational skills.

? Be able to work towards resolving customer problems and maintain high standards of customer care.

? A confident and determined approach.

? Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour

Work Experience

? Experience is not mandatory.

? Understanding of UK building regulations is preferred but not required.

? A good knowledge of building types is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
