What You'll Do




Deliver practical workshops in mechanical and electrical engineering, including installations, systems, testing, and safety procedures Share your real-world industry experience to make learning relevant and engaging Teach supporting classroom theory sessions Enhance our curriculum with your knowledge of engineering applications, including pneumatics (advantageous) Work with colleagues and local employers to ensure our training reflects industry needs Support students in achieving industry-standard engineering qualifications and certifications

What We Need From You




A Engineering Degree or Vocational Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering/Electronics, or a closely related discipline (City & Guilds, EAL, HNC/HND, or equivalent) At least 3 years' recent industry experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering A good working knowledge of industry standard Experience or knowledge of pneumatics is highly advantageous Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (fully funded) A positive attitude that reflects our values: teamwork, continuous improvement, putting students first, being inclusive, and caring

Salary package is made up of base salary, plus a Market Supplement of up to 10,000 per annum.*
