Technical Manager (Applied Engineering)

This role will involve managing and growing the consultancy side of the business, supporting lead generation and sales efforts, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, particularly with laboratory activities.

will also act as an expert in specific engineering areas, applying practical technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver business objectives and drive organisational success. To be considered for the role Technical Manager (Applied Engineering):
Degree in Engineering (Designer, Operational, Contractor) or previous building services experience (design, construction & operations).
Strong technical expertise in building services engineering with industry reputation & network.
Skilled in project management, delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communicator with proven ability to lead meetings, collaborate & influence at all levels.
Strong writing skills (reports, bids, publications) with keen attention to detail & quality.
