What You'll Be Doing

Leading and developing the Technical, Quality, and Hygiene teams. Owning the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and customer standards. Driving improvements across technical processes, systems, and reporting. Delivering accurate product specifications, QAS documents, shelf-life studies, and sample submissions. Playing a central role in bringing innovative new products to market with NPD and Commercial teams. Managing customer audits and building strong, trust-based relationships with retailers and foodservice partners. Investigating and resolving any technical issues while fostering a proactive, "right first time" culture.

What We're Looking For

A strong background in Technical/Quality leadership within food manufacturing. Degree in Food Science (or related), HACCP Level 3+, and Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3+. Excellent knowledge of BRCGS standards, food safety regulations, allergen management, and QMS. Proven leadership ability, able to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels internally and externally. Detail-driven but commercially aware, with the ability to balance compliance and innovation.
