As

Technical Manager

, you'll join ASE's management team to lead quality assurance, technical development, and continuous improvement across our anodising processes.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement cost-effective process innovations to advance ASE's technical and quality capabilities Lead quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with ISO and international standards and customer expectations Provide expert technical support internally and externally, including pre- and post-sales Address technical and quality challenges, working proactively to reduce errors and improve efficiencies Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards Bring global best practice to ASE

Essential skills and experience

Higher-level qualifications in chemistry, metallurgy or related fields Hands-on experience in metal finishing (e.g. anodising, electroplating) Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills

Desirable qualifications

Membership or certification from the Institute of Materials Finishing Experience with ISO management systems and specialist software Health & Safety qualifications

Pay: Up to 45,000.00 per year
