Based in the North of the UK, you'll be at the forefront, guiding a team that provides essential support to our customer base in the North and beyond. The team takes on all aspects of customer support - troubleshooting & repair, preventative maintenance, modifications, and installations.
Customer and patient centricity is at the heart of everything you do, ensuring seamless end-to-end solution support.
You'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of our exceptional service offerings across the region and beyond , ensuring core service activities are executed with efficiency and productivity, all while managing operational costs within your team. Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with peers and key stakeholders to create a seamless "sales-service" alignment, delivering truly differentiated customer solutions. A crucial part of your role will be ensuring our Technical Services team is perfectly staffed - the right people in the right place, equipped with outstanding skills, capabilities, and competencies.
