Your role

You'll be working closely alongside the buyer and factories using your extensive technical knowledge in products and manufacturing to be able to deliver quality and value to the range. You will ensure the products are developed in line with the critical path, also meeting the business' requirements for legal compliance and sustainability. It will be your responsibility to monitor and understand our customer feedback, with the ability to constantly improve future development. This can be a very creative, product development driven role as well as technical.

Let's find out about you

As a technical manager in Home Fragrance and Decor you will need to have experience in the area, with preference to home fragrance and candles. You'll be highly analytical and a natural problem solver. Understanding of product testing/ REACH and CLP are greatly beneficial. Strong awareness of customer requirements, market trends and competitor ranges will also play a big part in this role.
