Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the skilled team at Daniel Charles Construction Limited. We deliver high-quality Civil Engineering and Building projects across Lincolnshire and the surrounding regions, working on a diverse and engaging portfolio of developments.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

Supporting the technical, design, and regulatory aspects of our construction projects.

Ensuring all work complies with statutory legislation, project specifications, and construction standards.

Collaborating closely with:

The Commercial team during the tender & pre-construction. The Operations team during delivery phase.
Managing and completing risk assessments, method statements, and the temporary works register for each project in conjunction with the Operations team.

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in technical and design management within the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and health & safety compliance. Proven experience in coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across project stages. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and safety management..
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Demonstrates a strong team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive working style.
