We're looking for a Technical Manager to join our development team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our housing portfolio. Contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a full time permanent role, working 37 hours a week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working. This typically equates to 1-2 days per week, which may include time spent in the office, on-site, or at consultant/contractor locations.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a new role within the Business and as such, is an opportunity for individuals to create and craft the role and to set out and define a pathway for the future. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead design quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovation across multiple projects.
For the first six months, projects would primarily be in Portsmouth, Shoreham and the Basingstoke area.
