WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
An experienced Technical Manager with a track record of delivering high-quality residential schemes.
In-depth understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work, especially stages 4-6, with a clear ability to manage information flow, specifications, and coordination.
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage consultants, contractors, and clients.
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing, with an ability to review, critique, and guide technical outputs from the team.
Confident in managing workload and priorities under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit proficiency is desirable. Familiarity with NBS Specification.
This role requires previous experience in a similar capacity within a developer or architecture setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUMMARY DETAILS:
Ideally 8+ years of experience in technical delivery
Membership of CIAT or ARB is preferable but not essential
Strong technical knowledge of residential architecture, including large-scale developments
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong leadership, time management, and project coordination skills
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Fluent in AutoCAD Software and Microsoft Office; other software desirable
Based in the UK, and can commute to Fareham
