Overall Summary



Provide comprehensive support to the marketing team while effectively implementing



strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of the global Reid brand. This role



will have a strong focus on technical marketing, using your bicycle industry



knowledge or keen passion for bikes and cycling and advanced graphic design skills



to translate product specifications into compelling marketing content and visuals.



Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring



alignment with company objectives and delivering value to trade partners and end



users. Collaborate with team members to bring innovative ideas to life and support



Reid's growth initiatives.



Team Context



Reports to the Marketing Manager. Works as part of a small and collaborative marketing team.

Job Purpose / Objectives



Support the execution of marketing strategies with a primary focus on translating
product specifications into clear, accurate, and engaging technical marketing copy.
Utilise comprehensive graphic design experience to ensure all visual assets are
professional, on-brand, and impactful.
Support the execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, trade
partner satisfaction, and end-user engagement.
Assist in developing and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms to
ensure the Reid brand resonates with its target audience.

Primary Role / Duties / Objectives



Technical Content Production: Primarily involved in writing and managing high-quality
product descriptions and marketing copy derived directly from bicycle specifications


and technical data.
Graphic Design Lead: Design visuals and graphics, with comprehensive experience
in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, for manuals, cartons, campaigns, events, and digital


platforms.
Assist in creating and executing content strategies that align with marketing goals. Produce and manage high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles,
email newsletters, and video assets.
General design work using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
Help manage relationships with trade partners by developing tailored technical marketing resources and ensuring their successful implementation.
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly within the cycling and eMobility sector, to ensure Reid remains relevant and competitive.
Support the planning and execution of events, including trade shows and community engagements.
Support with industry-lead campaigns and advertisements producing relevant and topical assets


Leadership / Supervisory Aspects of Role



Actively contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions, bringing creative
and innovative ideas to the table.
Provide input and feedback to ensure the team's projects align with overall business
goals.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure their successful execution within
deadlines.

Management Expectations



Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Manager and team members to deliver
impactful campaigns.
Maintain the integrity of Reid's brand identity and ensure all content adheres to
established guidelines.
Proactively seek opportunities to develop personal skills and contribute to the team's
success.
Support marketing budget management by working efficiently within allocated
resources.
