About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented

Technical Metering Maintenance Technicians

to join our clients offshore team, supporting the reliable and accurate operation of metering systems on

Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO)

units. This role is critical to production integrity, regulatory compliance, and revenue assurance through precise hydrocarbon measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

routine and preventive maintenance

on flow measurement equipment (Coriolis, ultrasonic, turbine, and differential pressure meters) Conduct

instrument loop checks

to verify signal integrity across sensors and control systems Calibrate and verify flow meters using

portable equipment

and

master meters

Inspect and maintain

prover systems

(prover sphere, detectors, mechanical components) Carry out

metering skid inspections

including leak detection, valve integrity, and support systems (filters, heat tracing) Validate and troubleshoot

metering software

, SCADA/DCS interfaces, and flow computer configurations Ensure full compliance with

regulatory and audit requirements

, maintaining traceable calibration records Support annual or ad hoc

third-party calibrations and audits

as required by local regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in

offshore metering maintenance

, preferably on FPSOs or similar oil & gas facilities Strong knowledge of flow measurement technologies and standards (API, ISO, etc.) Familiarity with calibration practices and use of portable metrology equipment Experience with metering software, SCADA/DCS systems, and flow computers Understanding of

regulatory compliance

frameworks and custody transfer principles

Valid offshore certifications

(e.g., BOSIET, HUET, Medical)

Work Pattern:

Offshore rotation (e.g., 28/28 or 21/21) Includes

routine weekly/monthly tasks

quarterly maintenance

annual audit preparation
