We're looking for a Technical Officer to join our high-performing team. You'll play a key role in managing and administering compliance contracts, particularly in the areas of photovoltaics (PV) and electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities. You may also support other areas such as building services engineering, electrical safety, fire safety, and asbestos management.

Key Responsibilities




In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing documentation provided by contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation. You'll maintain accurate records of completed work and associated certifications to demonstrate legal compliance, while also tracking contractor performance against key performance indicators. You'll generate schedules of work using standard documentation and maintain a strong working knowledge of engineering and compliance topics relevant to Asset Management. Additionally, you'll assist in the management of engineering construction and compliance-related contracts, ensuring all activities align with best practices and organisational goals.

You are:

Self-motivated and proactive A team player who can also work independently Able to manage pressure and meet deadlines

You have:

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (VLOOKUP experience preferred) Experience with database systems, EDMS/SharePoint, and compliance portals A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn Some technical or compliance-related knowledge (or a willingness to develop it) Confidence in building relationships with contractors, residents, and consultants
