Summary

We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional IT support and digital imaging solutions for dental practices, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of technical support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. Manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience. Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to staff on technical systems and processes. Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a technical operations management role or similar position.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with data entry processes and administrative tasks. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
