We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated Technical Operations Coordinator to execute and optimise our technical operations infrastructure and support services. This is a full-time role is ideal for someone who is experienced in following procedures, managing logistics and enjoys both hands-on technical work and structured administrative tasks.

A quick learner, you will need to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and possess a solid understanding of following routine practices while being happy to carry out administrative work at a computer.
Responsibilities
Sample & Stock Management
Handling sample dispatch, inventory tracking, and making sure records are accurate.
Analysing sample data, keeping forecasting and stock information up to date.
Supplier & Warehouse Coordination
Communicating with re-packers and external warehouses.
Overseeing import logistics (mainly from Europe) and choosing freight companies.
Ensuring all documentation is correct and compliant.
Day-to-Day Operational Support
Supporting the Head of Operations on order processing and key customers.
Helping multi departments with logistical and administrative tasks.
Laboratory Support
Carrying out routine lab tests following established procedures.
Running small-scale trials and helping prepare samples for customer projects.
Logging and handling incoming samples.
Performing basic QC checks and preparing items for external analytical testing.
General lab housekeeping and equipment upkeep.
Qualifications
Experienced at following procedures and workflows with careful precision
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use technical equipment accurately
Someone who is comfortable switching between practical tasks and desk-based tasks
Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task,
Flexible and comfortable working within a small but busy team.
Excellent attention to detail, thorough and accurate in practical and administrative tasks.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Good IT skills.

3+ years experience in similar role
Interest in Technical and Operational roles
