Overview of the role

The individual will work in a team of technical operators and engineers supporting Ilika's production of Stereax thin film solid-state batteries.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Execution of production work plan on schedule; Ensuring production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and quality standards are met; Ensure adherence to Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions; Execution of metrology to established work instructions.

Job requirements:

Knowledge and understanding of LCO production and inspection processes (full training will be given); Min A-level or equivalent is desirable; Experience within a cleanroom environment desirable; Ability to follow well defined operating procedures in compliance with ISO standards to achieve high quality in a complex manufacturing environment; Good time management skills; Demonstrated ability to work well in a team; Conscientious and have a good eye for detail; Effective written and oral communication; Motivating attitude and demonstrated ability to positively influence organisational culture; Flexibility to support shift patterns necessary for the production of LCO to customer specifications.
Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00.
