Trainee Technical Operators

About The Role



Competitive Salary:

Earn up to 32,169- 34,008 with growth potential.

Shifts we work

: various shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating day and night schedule.

2 Set Pattern:

Runs 4 x 12-hour shifts back-to-back - either Mon - Thurs or Tues - Fri.

4 Set (Continental) Pattern:

12-hour shifts rotating between 4 days and 3 days each week. Every other weekend.

Essential Criteria:



Minimum of 2 years in a technical/mechanical role Clear understanding of performance targets Familiarity with day-to-day activities (housekeeping, H&S, recycling, energy efficiency) Good manual dexterity skills Proactive in solving technical/process issues

Desirable Criteria:



Technical qualification in mechanical or production engineering Familiarity with plastics processing and extrusion experience Experience in TPM, preferably in a continuous processing environment Shift work experience (including nights and weekends)
