Technical Manager

About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our development and infrastructure teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing software delivery, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring our technology stack is scalable, secure, and future-proof. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with strong people management and strategic planning.

About you



Lead, mentor, and manage development teams working on Angular front-end, C# services, and associated infrastructure. Oversee system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making. Manage and maintain scalable infrastructure leveraging Service Fabric. Ensure best practices in database design and performance optimization across SQL and non-SQL data stores. Drive engineering excellence through continuous integration, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals. Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technology projects. Implement and maintain security, compliance, and data governance standards.

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:



Proven experience leading software development teams. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, particularly Angular. Proficiency in backend development using C# and familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar container orchestration platforms. Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure. Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
