Perform technical production management functions including defining specs, building roadmap, project management, issue/risk management, and cross-division coordination.

Collaborate extensively across organizational boundaries for interfacing with various technology teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements, converting them to functional specs, prioritizing, and driving execution using agile methodologies.

Partner with product management and business teams to define Visa\'s overall Payment Products strategy.

Work closely with engineers to contribute to the development of design artifacts and Quality Assurance test plans.

Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders, Bug bashes, and Hackathons.

Own and develop clear and concise product collateral in order to document the platform to inform and educate internal stakeholders and clients of its desired behavior including Product Guides, Integration Guides, and Release notes.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Facilitating large scale planning, development, and user acceptance testing efforts.
  • Working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with tracking and process management tools, including Rally or JIRA.
  • Experience working in the payments space.
  • Working with business and engineering teams to write business requirement documents, document technical requirements, and make presentation to executives.
  • Developing roadmaps, writing user stories, grooming product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: merchant solutions, risk modeling, fraud detection, mobile payments, billing and subscriptions, tokenization, micro-transactions, alternative payments, reporting and reconciliation, web services, batching, payment security and cloud services.
