Job Description

Technical Product Owner plays a key role in ALABS, acts as a product pioneers, ensuring that products meet business needs and interpersonal goals. This role involves understanding business needs, capturing and analyzing requirements, defining product vision and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products. The TPO ensures that products align with business goals, customer needs, and market trends while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts into actionable product outcomes

What you'll do



Collaborate with members of the business group to capture, clarify, and document product and technical requirements. Transform business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation. Act as a link between cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, UX, and business team members Support backlog grooming and sprint planning by prioritizing features based on value, effort, and dependencies. Conduct data analysis and user research to inform product decisions and improve user experience. Track and communicate product achievements, risks, and trade-offs to relevant team members. Participate in Agile rituals to ensure product goals stay on track. Facilitate alignment between technical implementation and business goals throughout the development lifecycle. Use metrics, feedback, and insights to recommend product improvements and influence future development. Ensure consistent, clear communication with partners at multiple levels to support visibility and engagement.

What we are looking for



Product management experience. Strong technical background (CS degree or equivalent experience, engineering experience, or deep familiarity with cloud applications). Ability to interpret organizational needs and express them as clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools (Figma, Lucidchart, Visio). Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) Business Requirement Gathering & Documentation skills. Experience in agile methodologies, lean development, and best engineering practices.
