Technical Product Support Manager

to join our dynamic commercial team and drive the success of our Value Added Products (VAPs) across Aggregates & Asphalt.

What you'll do



Champion the launch and growth of new products, ensuring swift client approvals and contractor adoption Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues, influencing decisions with fact-based insights Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams to deliver profitable, market-ready solutions Promote Tarmac VAPs at industry events and contribute to client communications Identify future R&D opportunities and support trials for innovative products Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, Key Contractors, and National Contracting teams to secure long-term supply deals

What we're looking for



Membership of relevant industry bodies Strong technical knowledge of Aggregates & Asphalt products and testing methods Experience with Quality Assurance systems and production processes Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills Ability to influence through reasoned, data-driven arguments Computer literacy and conceptual thinking skills
