Job Description

We're looking for a

Technical Program Director

with expertise in the software services industry to join our Global Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale engagements in different industry verticals, including, but not limited to, Life-Sciences & Healthcare. You will bring vision, innovation and foster strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of business case-oriented delivery and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities



Provide vision, innovation and establish EPAM as a trusted delivery partner Coordinate and manage teams and portfolios of 50+ consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore Europe and offshore Indian locations Maintain strong client relationships, across technology, product and operational areas Ensure the successful delivery of our projects, achieve the desired results and business objectives within agreed time and cost constraints Work comfortably between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment Develop and maintain excellent delivery health (quantitative and qualitative) Establish the delivery organization and grow the relationship with the client

Requirements



Strong understanding of solutions architecture and product engineering Flexibility to travel frequently across Europe Technology and business savviness Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to confidently interact with C-level stakeholders Solid understanding of business case-oriented delivery with experience in measuring outcomes Large implementation or transformation experience in a multi vendor and global environment Strategic and business focused mindset able to align projects with the broader organizational objectives

Nice to have



Business fluency in a second language in addition to English
