Here at Monolith AI we're on a mission to empower engineers to use AI to solve even their most intractable physics problems. For example, developing next-gen EV batteries that charge faster and last longer.


We experienced serious growth over the past year, and we have ambitious plans moving forward. It's an exciting time, and for replacing our Head of Delivery during a planned absence we are looking for a Technical Program Manager for 12 months or more.

In this role, you will:



Own the end-to-end delivery function across Tech, both planning and its effective day-to-day delivery, including non-product led work (e.g. engineering time for support) Partner closely with other departments to ensure delivery scope and timelines are aligned across functions and serving company-level initiatives Define and scale delivery processes to support cross-functional collaboration, planning, and execution Maintain visibility of plans, risks, and delivery health for stakeholders and leadership Represent delivery needs, capacity, and trade-offs in leadership and cross-functional planning forums, in coordination with peers and the CTO Drive continuous improvement of delivery operations through retrospectives, feedback loops, and metrics Ensure comms are effective and calibrated to the right audience and granularity

What we're looking for



7+ years

working with development teams as a

Delivery Manager, Program Manager and Scrum Master or Engagement Manager

(with no more than ~3 years in pure Scrum Master roles).

Technical background

-- has personally built or contributed hands-on to software-based products earlier in their career. Experience operating at both

strategic and tactical levels

-- from stakeholder management across multiple projects to day-to-day delivery support with teams. Proven ability to

plan, coordinate, and deliver complex technical initiatives

. Strong

first-principles thinker

-- focuses on understanding root problems and solving by starting from first-principles and adapting frameworks where they see fit. Skilled in

influencing and change management

, with high

emotional intelligence

(self-awareness, empathy, and relationship management). Confident in

cross-functional collaboration

, aligning delivery scope and timelines across teams. Experienced in

scaling delivery processes

, driving continuous improvement, and creating visibility for leadership on progress, risks, and capacity. Excellent communicator who can tailor messages for different audiences -- from engineering teams to exec leadership. * Experience with both startups and large companies (startup experience in post-series B transitioning stage, e.g. Series B->C)
