NOVOMATIC Gaming UK are one of the UK's leading suppliers of high-quality gaming machines, content, signage and technology to licensed adult gaming centres (AGCs), casinos and bingo venues across the UK. We are seeking a

Technical Project Manager

with strong technical and exceptional organizational skills to drive the development and delivery of mission-critical gaming products and platform enhancements.

In this role, you will bridge engineering, product, compliance, external partners, and operations to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements, technical standards, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

Lead the full project lifecycle for games, gaming platform features, casino systems, hardware/software integrations, and digital gaming solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as the primary interface between engineering, product management, game design, compliance, QA, operations, and external partners. Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency. Host and lead project meetings and reviews.

Technical & Regulatory Understanding

Ensure all project deliverables adhere to industry regulations, jurisdiction-specific compliance standards, and Novomatic internal technical guidelines.

Process & Quality Management

Maintain accurate and complete project documentation and release notes. Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and delivery workflows. Manage execution across cross-functional teams ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

Experience

and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field. 3+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering project coordination. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience in the UK gaming or regulated technology sectors. Experience with project and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Project Management related certification (PRINCE, SCRUM etc.)
