Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who is not just a coordinator, but a driver of execution who thrives in cross-functional environments and has a strong technical foundation to effectively lead product and platform projects from planning to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who understands system architecture, speaks the language of developers, and knows how to translate business goals into actionable tasks. You will be responsible for clearing blockers, managing timelines, communicating across departments, and ensuring the development team is aligned with a clear and achievable target.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-departmental projects (Product, Engineering, Operations, QA) to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality features within committed timelines and scope.
Act as a central point of coordination, owning project schedules, resource planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
Bridge communication between tech and non-tech stakeholders
Turn business needs into technical stories and ensure developers' constraints are clearly understood by the business.
Drive team clarity by articulating project goals, deliverables, and status updates to all involved parties.
Identify, unblock, and proactively resolve any project bottlenecks with speed and accountability.
Challenge estimates, priorities, and timelines where necessary based on your understanding of development effort and platform constraints.
Continuously improve workflows and team processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of project management experience in a software development environment, ideally in platforms or B2B products.
Technical background is a must
Deep understanding of how backend/frontend systems work (e.g., APIs, microservices, deployment pipelines, CI/CD).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High sense of ownership, proactive problem solver, with a proven track record of pushing projects to completion.
Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Familiar with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies and sprint planning.
