:
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of telecom projects, ensuring alignment across technology, delivery, quality, cost, and timelines.
The role requires strong telecom domain understanding, stakeholder management, and execution discipline across multi-vendor, multi-team environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Delivery Management
Own E2E project delivery from initiation to closure
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
Track progress against scope, cost, quality, and timelines
Ensure adherence to delivery governance and reporting standards
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Technical Coordination & Oversight
Act as the single point of coordination between architecture, engineering, operations, and vendors
Understand and track technical deliveries, dependencies, and constraints
Support design reviews, readiness checkpoints, and acceptance milestones
Ensure alignment between technical design and execution plans
Stakeholder & Customer Management
Manage communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
Drive regular status reviews, steering committee updates, and escalations
Ensure stakeholder alignment on scope changes, risks, and priorities
Build trust through transparent and proactive communication
Governance, Quality & Compliance
Enforce project governance, change control, and documentation
Ensure compliance with telecom standards, security, and regulatory requirements
Track KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned
MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Telecom Domain
Strong experience in Telecom / TELCO projects, covering one or more:
4G / 5G Core (NSA / SA)
IMS / Signaling / Policy / Charging
IP / Transport / Data Center Networks
Understanding of end-to-end telecom architecture and workflows
Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and operators
Project Management
Proven experience managing large-scale technical telecom projects
Strong command of project planning, risk management, and reporting
Experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models
Leadership & Communication
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear project insights
Strong decision-making and escalation management skills
