The Safety and Security team are a small but dynamic and forward-thinking department covering the functions of regulatory compliance, flight safety, security, immigration, health and safety and technical publications.

We are looking for a

Technical Publications Administrator

to manage and support the creation, organization, and distribution of technical documentation. This role is responsible for maintaining documentation systems, coordinating content updates, ensuring compliance with publishing standards, and facilitating communication between technical reviewers, compliance monitoring and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in document management tools and processes.

Day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Document management and coordination

. + Maintaining and organising technical documentation libraries, ensuring accurate version control and accessibility
+ Formatting, editing, and publishing technical documents including manuals, notices, temp revisions, and forms to the correct location and to the correct distribution.
+ Ensuring that documentation follows company branding guidelines, templates, and compliance standards.
+ Coordinating document review, tracking changing and managing approvals.
+ Responding to urgent notice requests (i.e. safety critical information) and routine requests for technical publications support (NTIs/NOTOCs)

Systems and tools administration

+ Maintaining content on Web manuals, Centrik and the F.Drive
+ Ensuring technical publications procedures are adhered to by other staff members.
+ Ensuring technical publications procedures are routinely reviewed and updated for continued validity.

Collaboration & communication

+ Working closely with training management and compliance monitoring to produce, gather, and organise technical information.
+ Facilitating communication between teams to ensure documentation aligns with approved courses and delivery requirements.
+ Assisting with localisation efforts for global documentation.

Quality assurance and compliance

+ Ensuring documentation meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
+ Conducting periodic audits to maintain documentation accuracy and consistency.
+ Supporting document archiving and retention policies.

Desired experience:

Experienced document author or technical publications lead. Experienced use of Centrik or equivalent Knowledge of Web manuals technical publications authoring capability High level of attention to detail and administrative capability A basic understanding of the aviation regulatory framework.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in the Aviation Industry (Civil or military) Qualified aviation auditor / lead auditor (or equivalent relevant time experience within industry) Experienced use of Centrik Safety Management System Software (or equivalent) High level of attention to detail and administrative capability A basic understanding of the aviation regulatory framework.
