We are seeking a Technical Publications Librarian who would be based at our Lasham site or from our site in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Technical Records and Planning Manager. This is a great opportunity to join us permanently.

The role's key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Management of Airworthiness Data Library, control and update the Index and Server. Super User/Administrator for all TCH/OEM Publication Portals, administer users and access permissions. Manage subscriptions and renewals. Manage email subscriptions and alerts to all airworthiness publications and data. Capture, obtain, distribute and file airworthiness data, publications and manuals, including control of the Master Incoming Data Table (MIDT) Manual monthly checks of Airworthiness Data Library and CAMO Status Board for correct revision status Manual checks of NAA regulatory publications and material, including checks of Biweekly AD reports.

The successful candidate will require the following:

Experience working with aircraft publications, manuals and airworthiness data High attention to detail Good organisational skills The ability to build good rapport and to communicate effectively
