Organisation (CAMO) providing airworthiness and technical records management to a fleet of aircraft under the jurisdiction of various Civil Airworthiness Authorities around the world. Since our formation in 2009, our company has continuously grown and offer employees the opportunity to be involved in the airworthiness management of a varied portfolio of Charter, Private and Corporate aircraft.
We are currently looking to recruit a full time Technical Records Officer to join the team at our Westerham office. The successful candidates will assist our Technical Service Engineers with the day-to-day management of our varied fleet of aircraft. No previous experience is necessary, but we are looking for enthusiastic and diligent people. Having a passion for, and an interest in, aviation is beneficial to progress in our industry.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the production and proof reading of aircraft maintenance documentation,
Auditing of incoming documentation to make sure they are complete and accurate,
Talking with our customers when discrepancies occur,
Recording aircraft maintenance onto our controlling systems,
Assisting with the compilation of aircraft reports and the updating of aircraft service records and logbooks,
Preparing aircraft documentation for archiving.
Full training will be given for all the elements listed above, as we develop your understanding of CAMO requirements.
Essential requirements:
Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Methodical approach to their work
Computer literate in the use of Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Must be able to obtain UK security clearance if required, as the role may involve visiting aircraft located at secure sites.
