Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter focusing on graduate and early-career professionals (primarily from STEM backgrounds), you will:
Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
Attend university career fairs and tech events globally
Build strong relationships and confidently "sell" opportunities to candidates
Engage with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe
Cold call and proactively connect with new talent
Work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and systems
Represent NETbuilder professionally as a brand ambassador
Compensation & Commission
Base Salary:
28,850 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Commission:
100 per hire (first 5 hires)
200 per hire (from the 6th hire onwards)
Additional Bonuses:
Based on team and individual performance
Location & Working Hours
Office Attendance:
Mandatory 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) in our Central London office
Full-time:
40 hours per week
What We're Looking For
Recruitment, telesales, or outbound sales experience (preferred but not essential)
