Duties
Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our technical products and solutions effectively.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical advice to meet their needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and ongoing support.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technology
Assist in organising product demonstrations, training sessions, and trade shows.
Manage multiple projects efficiently using organisational skills and time management techniques to meet deadlines.
Experience
Proven experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably within PCB industry
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is advantageous.
Fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
