Are you a technically minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving growth? We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our clients Team who are based in Dublin, to cover the East of Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a global leader in HVAC solutions while managing a strong existing customer base and driving new business.

What you'll be doing as Technical Sales Engineer:



Manage and grow relationships with merchants and HVAC installers across the East of Ireland.

Drive both account management and new business, building on a strong existing customer base.

Propose and sell HVAC products to meet customer needs.

Convert leads provided by the business, while also generating your own opportunities.

Manage significant sales budgets in the multi-million-euro range.

Report on activity, insights, and results to management.

What we're looking for in a Technical Sales Engineer:



A sales professional with an HVAC background or a qualified engineer or plumber, or HVAC professional looking to move into sales.

Strong relationship builder with confidence in consultative, one-to-one sales conversations.

Results-driven and commercially focused.

Organised, analytical, and proactive in developing opportunities.

Excellent communicator and team player.

What's in it for you as a Technical Sales Engineer?



Salary range between EUR60,000 - EUR70,000 p.a

Quarterly bonus scheme (earn up to 30% of salary)

Hours:

9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
