We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between technology and customer needs -- a professional who thrives on building relationships, understanding complex technical requirements, and delivering solutions that push the boundaries of aircraft interior innovation.

The Opportunity



As a Technical Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving new business and supporting existing accounts across global aerospace programs. You'll collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver tailored interior solutions that meet customer specifications, certification standards, and performance goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a passion for Design and aerospace engineering with strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and grow business with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and airlines in the aircraft interiors market. Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and technical consultation to quotation, negotiation, contract award and program management. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication between Design, engineering and manufacturing. Present technical solutions, materials, and product capabilities during customer meetings and design reviews. Manage programs to first delivery stage ensuring all required deliverables are supplied to the customer. Monitor market trends, customer programs, and certification developments to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support bid proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation. Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote the company's product range and technical expertise.

About You



Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering within the aircraft interiors or cabin systems sector. Solid understanding of aircraft certification requirements. Comfortable reading and discussing engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD models. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for translating technical features into customer value. Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously. Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
