Overview

We are an Engineering Company based in Biggin Hill and are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Engineer/Account Manager to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a passion for building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Duties

Analyse specifications and prepare quotations to meet customer needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations

Requirements

Experience as a technical sales engineer/account manager within HVAC or Oil & Gas industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday - Office based
