- The worlds largest provider of engineered noise control products and solutions spanning over 70 years. This role will be office based in Chandlers Ford Eastleigh plus travel within the UK/Worldwide.

We are looking for a dynamic

Technical Sales Manager

who can combine engineering insight with commercial drive to help us grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities



As a

Technical Sales Manager

, you'll act as the bridge between our engineering team and our customers -- understanding complex technical requirements, offering tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients across high-performance industries.

Job Role



Develop and manage new business opportunities within the aerospace, aviation, anechoic and industrial sectors.

Work closely with clients to understand technical needs and propose/quote appropriate acoustic solutions.

Prepare/deliver proposals and bids.

Where needed, attend trade shows, industry events, and client site visits to promote our capabilities.

Maintain and grow key accounts through regular communication and solution updates.

Collaborate with engineering/project management teams to ensure project feasibility and accurate scoping.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy.

Requirements Essential



Background in acoustics, mechanical, or aerospace engineering Experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles.

Strong understanding of industrial or aerospace systems and environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-starter attitude with commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events (UK and international)

Experience with anechoic advantageous.

Working Hours -

Monday to Thursday 8-30am to 5-15pm and Friday 8-30am to 1-00 pm.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

After 5 years of service, holiday will increase to 30 days plus bank holidays.

Monthly Car Allowance

Must be a UK Resident and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
