JMAC Hire & Sales are the exclusive UK distributor for Pilosio, a world-renowned manufacturer of high-performance scaffolding and formwork systems. This is a great addition to our already well established range of scaffolding and working at height product offering. We're now looking for a Technical Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our UK customer base for this innovative range alongside our existing range of award-winning scaffolding products.

This role is for a driven professional with strong technical scaffolding experience and a proven ability to combine design knowledge with commercial acumen. You'll be working directly with leading scaffolding contractors, understanding complex access challenges and presenting JMAC'S products as the smarter, safer, and more efficient solution for their projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national sales strategy for our range of scaffolding and working at height products alongside the Sales & Marketing Director. Identify, engage, and convert new customers across the industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Produce and interpret scaffold design drawings using CAD to support technical quotations. Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver bespoke solutions. Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site consultations. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Provide detailed product knowledge and technical guidance to support the JMAC sales network. Working towards KPI's set by the Sales & Marketing Director.

What We're Looking For

A technical scaffolding background with hands-on experience managing complex or industrial scaffold projects. Ability to use CAD (AutoCAD or similar) to produce or amend design drawings. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development. Confidence to engage at all levels, from site managers to directors. Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel nationally.
