Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing tailored soundproofing solutions from iKoustic's extensive product range.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements.
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and research.
Maintain an active pipeline of current customers and prospects.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of iKoustic's products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service, acting with empathy and integrity to address client enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Offer post-sale support and follow-up.
Sales Processes:
Examine Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
Market Feedback:
Relay market insights and customer feedback to the Head of Business Development, Strategic Marketing Mgr and Product Manager to inform strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of individual sales targets.
Client satisfaction and repeat business rates.
Number of new clients acquired.
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.

CRM Update and Management
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, ideally in the construction or related industry.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and commercial background combined with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate our products and services to clients.
This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship building and the ability to understand and address client needs in the Construction Sector, particularly within Sound Attenuation and Acoustic Absorption solutions.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Conduct online presentations and demonstrations of products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Utilise Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while juggling multiple client accounts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in a Technical / Acoustic / Fire related sales role or similar position within the Construction industry.
Strong interpretation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in a CRM system / Sage / Microsoft Office Suite for data management and analysis.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
