We are a specialist steel window fabrication company seeking a
Technical Sales & Operations Assistant
to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business. This is a hands-on role offering experience across sales, operations, and customer service, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customers
Handle incoming sales calls and enquiries
Process and manage fabrication orders
Support the workshop team and liaise with operatives
Coordinate installation schedules with customers
Issue invoices and manage post-sale customer service
Assist with social media and website marketing initiatives
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
Previous office experience with strong computer skills
Knowledge of the window and door industry is required
Basic CAD skills would be desired, but could be taught
Valid driving licence
Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to business growth
