The Role:



As part of our growing technical and sales team, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through their energy journey--responding to enquiries, providing tailored solutions and helping customers make informed decisions on energy efficiency and renewable upgrades.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role--ideal for someone ambitious, technically confident and passionate about delivering great service in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement

- Respond to inbound enquiries (phone, email) and guide prospects through the sales process.

Lead Conversion

- Follow up on quotes and opportunities and close sales.

Technical Support

- Provide professional advice & solutions across Able to Pay schemes & ECO Projects.

Solution Design

- Prepare compliant & tailored proposals for Renewable Technologies e.g. Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps

Compliance & Standards

- Ensure all work aligns with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Business Development

- Build lasting client relationships, nurture repeat business & identify new growth opportunities.

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines and contribute performance insights.

Team Contribution

- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes & support overall company growth.

What We're Looking For:



Industry Knowledge

- Understanding of domestic energy systems, ECO projects, and renewable technologies.

Energy Assessment Experience

- Knowledge of EPC requirements, property types and site assessments.

Technical Confidence

- Familiarity with industry compliance standards, regulations and energy calculation tools.

Sales Skills

- Experience in technical or energy sales would be highly beneficial.

Organisational Skills

- Ability to manage multiple leads and deliver excellent customer service.

Professional & Driven

- Self-motivated, proactive & confident engaging with clients.

Team Player

- Willing to share knowledge and support the wider team.
