The Role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative with experience in the fuel storage industry or a mechanical/engineering background to join our growing team.
You'll be responsible for generating quotations, securing orders, and driving business growth across fuel system maintenance, repairs, modifications, and installation projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is technically minded, commercially driven, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets. Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposal submissions. Follow up on leads and quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales. Maintain detailed activity records within the company CRM system. Work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver effective customer solutions. Promote safety, quality, and the RSM brand at all times.

Requirements

Proven technical or engineering background. Demonstrated sales or business development experience. Confident using IT systems, including MS Office, CRM software and email. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Problem-solving mindset -- able to understand technical issues and propose practical solutions.

Desirable

Experience in the fuel storage or mechanical engineering sector. Engineering or related technical qualifications. Track record of delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales growth.
