Duties

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services that meet those requirements. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using office software applications; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of IT solutions such as AWS or Azure is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to present ideas clearly.
